Clipston WI – Husbands Bosworth Gliding Club Evening
‘Women’s World Gliding Championship 2022’
It was a great evening at the Husbands Bosworth Gliding Club on Tuesday 29th March 2022, organised by the Clipston WI (and open to the guys as well!).
A very interest talk on the 'Women’s World Gliding Championship 2022' that will take place in Aug. 2022 at the club, was presented by Liz Sparrow, the World Championship organiser and a previous World Number One female glider pilot.
With a meal and viewing around the hangers and a try in a glider simulator, it was a great evening for all.
